Apart from manufacturing a wide range of sheet metal components, we also offer following services to our esteemed clients, these are:

• Stamping Die Development: Our die makers are closely related with press room hence they design the tool keeping in mind what practically works in real stamping operation.
• We can stamp material: Common steels, spring steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, PB, tinplate, galvanized, electro-zinc and more.
• Contract Work: Besides die development, we also provide our labor service to our customers. We perform labor work as required, with raw material and or die given by customer.
• Production: We are able to undertake mass production with our presses having speed from 60 up to 600 strokes per minute.
• Cleaning and degreasing: We are certified with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). Our cleaning and degreasing process is totally environment friendly.
• Assembly and Finishing: Welding, brazing and other types of assembling as well as finishing like plating, heat treatment and others are done as per customer’s requirement. Some of the processes are outsourced to suppliers which are approved by us and which are agreed by customer. ROHS Compliance can be available.

Quality Assurance

Being certified with ISO quality standard 9001 : 2008, we keep quality as the prime concern at all stages of production. In order to assure the best quality to our customers, all the components are fabricated with genuine grade raw material such as Brass, CRCA, PP, Aluminum, Copper Alloys, etc. The raw material is well tested by quality experts before beginning the manufacturing process. The complete manufacturing process is carried out under the vigil eye of quality controllers. We have a team of experienced quality analysts, who test products rigorously keeping all the quality standards in mind. Production Facilities

Our production facilities consist of feeders, hand presses, power presses from 15 Ton to 110 Ton of stamping capacity, 150T & 225T Hydraulic Power Press for copper cold forging, and various other equipment. Our company is supported by a state-of-the-art tool room, which is also equipped with Grinding Machines, Milling Machines, CNC Wire Cutting Machine, and EDM Spark Machine and Spark Drill Machine.
